Velvet Damsel info needed.

Hi. I saw a Velvet Damsel at the LFS. I tried searching, but couldn't find much info. Anyone have any experience w/ them?
I'm assuming they are as mean as other damsels. If that's the case, then I'll stay away, but maybe I'll get lucky.
I plan on adding 1 to my 46 gal tank w/ peaceful fish.

I have one. Hes a stunning damsel but as he gets biggger he starting to lose his blue streak a little bit. Hes semi aggressive I think you will be ok with him. Just stay away from the domino damsels.

I've got a large one (maybe 3.5 -4") in my 240g and he still has some color, but is semi aggressive.
