looking for dead specimens for educational purposes as I specialize in marine dermatology. would gladly pay a fee for intact specimens/shipping.

go by a fish store in your area and see if they have anything there, it might be cheaper for you.

Also, there are lots of wholesalers in Fla, why not contact them; I'm sure most would help if there was some research value involved?
