Verry Dissapointed in SWF.com

I placed an order from them probably about 2 weeks ago and they sent me my order everything minus a Lion FISH. I though there might have been some confusion cuase i added on to my order along w/ probalby 40 dollars more stuff. But anyways i received everything except for that lion fish and also some dead snails which i never bother with sending them back. Well today they charged my credit card and they never sent me a credit card reciept for those orders and they had charged me for that lionfish. I dont know how to get ahold of them about this either. O ya and the flame angel i order from them died and i sent that back to them. Thats probably been about 2 weeks also. I really need to get ahold of somebody from SWF.com or if somebody has a damn contact number for them. Otherwise im gonna charge back my order. Can anybody help or has anybody had a problem like this w. them before/?

ya i did that w/ the angel fish. LIke i said that was about a 2 weeks now also and no reply!! im verry aggervated right now. I would like to talk to somebody if theres a darn phone number.

This is kinda scaring me. I was thinking about buying on SWF but latley there has been alot of complaints on customer service. I think im going to hold off.

Notice there are not many other threads about dissapointments :notsure: As soon as a Mod gets wind of this thread, they will ask you what the problem is and how can they help...

Ya i had one reply to my thread but nothin got done by it. Like i said i would rather talk to a person not a computer ya know. I dont mean to be an ass. This forum has help me out greatly. Thats why i bought off of them and want to keep buying, becuase of the knowlege i have gotten of this site. Swf.com business end is just dissapointing me. I figured they have this great forum and they would follow w/ customer support on there products too but so for they failed. :mad:

Thats right because the Mods. do their jobs and try their best to help people out. The thread will be moved the "shark tank" where admin. will see it.
The issue will be resolved. Barry
