I saw this at my LFS today, a guy is selling it through the store because he told his tank seperately.(im picking it up tomorrow) Anyway, here's how it works..
Ive seen people drill holes into the iron stand and then just basically build around the tank...but this way is MUCH easier...no holes drilled whatsoever...
It's made of solid oak, with two doors on it...the way it stays around the iron stand is...It's made in three seperate pieces...the two sides and then the front. THey are made to perfectly lodge over the legs of the iron stand....then they are kept in place by what I call "outhouse door locks"...Anyone ever gone camping and have to use an outhouse? Sorta like a block of wood with a nail in the middle to keep the door closed...rotate it up the door wont stay closed....move it horizontal and it keeps the door closed sorta thing? Anyway its dont with the same principle as that....it has little pieces of metal which clasp the inside of the iron stand in the same fashion as an outhouse door, so they wont fall off. It looks really professional. I'll post some pics of it when I get it tomorrow. If anyone's interested that is.
