Very sick yellow tang

I took this poor guy off the hands of a ''reefer'' whom had him in a 30 gallon tank. He is in terrible condition as you can see from the pictures below. I know he is severely malnourished as his diet consisted on prime reef flakes, and thats it. Also his fins are erroding and allong with much of his body. What can i do to nurse him back to good health. He has a 110gal waiting on his good health.

feed a lot of food with spirulina in it. I would also soak the food in zoecon and garlic. if you don't have a grounding probe, I would do this as well. there is also a medicine with alovera in it that is supposed to help injured fins, can't think of the name of it. are his fins rotting off, or is it due to injury from other fish? also, what fish do you have him with in your tank? feel sorry for him, they are really some of the most personable fish.
