very strange happening.......

i was cleaning out my skimmer cup earlier and seen in the skimmer the body of a dead shrimp. yes it was the shrimp not the molt. too meaty for a molt. and the shrimp has been MIA, just figured he was hiding. has anyone seen this happen before, with a dead animals body getting pulled into the skimmer? or possibly did he get into the skimmer some how and all the turbalence in the skimmer killed him.

its probley more likley that it was dead first then got pulled in but either of the could have happend

Imo, If it was in the skimmer cup, It was already dead. Unless you have a Giant skimmer, it should have been able to escape.

no, it was not in the skimmer cup itself, it was in the chamber of the skimmer where all the bubbles are made.
