very thin, long white worm lookin' things on my live rock

I just started a new 10 gallon nano tank. I went and bout about 15 lbs of live rock to get things going and I was looking at one piece of rock noticing very long, very thin wormlike tentacles all over the rock. There are three groups of them, it seems like each group stems from a certain spot on the rock. What in the Sam Hill are these things? Does anyone know? Should I be concerned? Please help.

Hey,
Sounds like sesile snails to me. They usually show up in big numbers when I stir up the detris on my lr with a turkey baster. Most of the time all I see is the little tube they live in.
