very tiny white stem with white tentacles?

i just notice this evening that there's something growing in my live rock beside my polyp coral. it's very tiny white stem with white tentacles. pls some body tell me this is ok. and i saw a bug like in my coral, it's white with a lot of tentacles or feet or whatever i am really worried about. pls help.

DOES IT LOOK LIKE AN ANEMONE? is it white, and not clear? or is it white but still alittle clear?

They sound like baby feather dusters to me. Not sure on the bug critter, I only have spaghetti worms!
