Very weird creatures in tank, what could it be?

Actually I took a few of these pods out of the tank yesterday, and my girlfriend is going to put them on the microscope and take some pictures in her lab. Can't wait to see what I have

The funny thing here is I think my girlfriend captured the image as the pod was laying eggs. Amazing, makes my skin crawl
