Rule of thumb is 3-5 watts per gallon. I have a 110 long with 320 watts of VHO lighting. I have an abundance of zooanthids, colony anenomes, and corraline growing everywhere, rather rapidly. There are many ways to obtain good results, do some research, and know your budget and I'm sure things will go well.
