VHO/PC Again!

Ok, for my new 300 gallon tank, I have accepted the fact that I can't afford proper lighting for corals, nor anemones. However, I still like a very bright tank. I can't decide to go 440 VHO or 4x96 PC. Does anyone have any real documentation on which is brighter and/or more efficient. I know that opiniopns are like... well you know, everyone has one. But I wanted actual facts.

i am very happy with my 4x96 don't know much about the VHO why not consider the 6x96 PC if it is within budget that is what i am goint to be putting on my 200RR

Where did you see 6x96? Who sells it, and is it expensive?

PC are brighter. Efficiencies are almost identical. Looks are personal preference.
If you can't do MH and brightness is your main preference then PC will get you further.
If you spend the extra $$ for an IceCap 660 ballast you can mix & match and change your mind down the road.
