Nice start, the fish look great YOu could use the blue styrofoam posterboard stuff as a background, thats what I did. I stumbled across some in the local Brooks

. Its the perfect blue color. I bought a few sheets for 10 bucks and fit it to the back of my tank and used tape hold it in place.
