thanx all. i used brand new water (purified by reverse osmosis). levels are perfect and i just picked up 3 1/2 more lbs of live rock today! i already have 3 zoo polyp colonies lined up to go in. im not sure if i have to wait but i think i might wait about a week before putting anything in just incase a spike were to happen.
