Enjoy.
Somebody please identify my Goby... Err, that's what the fish store said it was. It looks like an eel, but I have no idea what it is... lol
It's very calm and has NEVER come out until the last 5 days. I've had it for about 6 months now. Now it swims around and is not shy!

Nice tank.
The fish in question is an "engineer goby" or "convict blenny". I list both names because it is neither a goby nor a blenny. It is a fish in a family by itself.
I have one in my reef. Harmless animal, great sand sifter. Very unique and active.

How do you like your Neptune?
I ask because I am thinking of purchasing one for my system.
I love it. I have it hooked up online. It records data and sends it to my computer ever 10 minutes. Pretty awesome.

That is awesome. I assume you feel it was worth the money then.
How difficult was it to set-up for you?
What model is that? (Looks like the III but I was not totally sure)

Installation was a breeze..... Because I paid someone to properly set it up.. haha. They networked it and hooked it up to my wireless internet.
It's pretty cool, because if something dies in your tank, you can go back in the logs and see what happened to your tank at a certain time. It monitors quite a few things in the water.
The programming is pretty fun to mess around with too. For example, if the water reaches 74 degrees, my heater kicks on, if the temp reaches 79, my fan that points directly on the water kicks on, if the temp reaches 81, my halides shut off.
It monitors lights, temp, PH, controls waves/pumps, ORP, simulates sunrise sunsets with my blues/halides/moon lights.
I can remotely turn things on and off from any computer connected to the internet. Even my iphone. It's not necessary to have, but it's one more fun thing to mess around with. It sure is nice, cause I travel a lot for my business.
