Will my clowns kill my Goniporia (flowerpot coral) if they keep doing this?
I noticed at first the coral would retract quite a bit but I think its getting used to it because it does not retract as much.
If it will kill it Im thinking about selling it but no sure.
Anyone else had clowns do this?

Remove the clowns or the flowerpot, or watch your goniopora die... They are very hard to keep corals and are really weak when it comes to interference with other things. I feel if you look at a flowerpot wrong, they start to die haha.
I hope you are feeding that thing 1-2 times a day... They love Oyster Eggs if you plan on keeping it.

I have had it for a year and feed it every 2-3 days. Its a mixture of powder that has oyster eggs in it.
It was slow growing for the first part of the year but now its taking off and getting bigger. They always say that they dont last longer then a year. Makes me wonder if its 'time' is right around the corner.

We'll they are not IMPOSSIBLE to keep, just usually not given the proper care they deserve. The most common case is someone buying the "pretty coral without knowing anything about it" leading it to die. Experienced reef keepers and people who have researched the hell out of the coral usually have minimal problems.
