Vine algae

I have some type of vine algae growing in my tank. It could be a plant but its all over my rocks. Is there anything that will eat it?

I will when i get home. Im on vacation. There is a vine, and polyps coming off it. I have never seen it before. I guess its more like a plant, than an algae.
