will a 70w viper hang on metal halide pendant be enuf light in a 20 gallon long for sps and clams or do i NEED a 150

I dont have a viper, but i was buying an off brand fixture, because it was wayyyyyyy cheaper. I was torn between 70w and 150w. I also have a 20L. I went with the 150 and im soo glad i did!!!
