Viper, sorry again, ANYONE with Acan knowledge

Ok I dont get this. Obviously I am feeding the tank so the things are all fat and bloated right now - obviously they are Acanthastrea Lordhowensis. Somewhat hard to see. But look at the 1st Lordhow and then the other two Lordhows. How come in the first pic it doesnt have the "big mouths" like other two pics have and why are the polyps so small?
