it aint working it just stop right now after i wrote the general star post what do i do.its plug in and im just dumb founded

I had one of these on a 37 gallon. To be honest, they are a piece of s***. I had it working a little bit by adding an air pump with an air stone to it. I simply drilled a hole below the foam cup, inserted a small airline tube, connected an airstone to the tube, pushed the stone to the bottom of the skimmer. This helped adding a lot more bubbles to the skimmer. This still didn't make it work all that well but it helped a bit.
