Vitamins in food

I was wondering about vitamins in frozen food. What do you use for this? Is there a certain product?

I thaw my frozen foods in a cup with tank water and a few drops of "zoe" vitamins.

I use Vitachem

I use vitachem once in a while too. IMO it's not necessary if you feed them properly with a good variety. But I guess it can't hurt as long as you don't use too much.
