for 2 small percs no. its fine. but the anemone it will be bad. you will need light a good light and you can put him in after the tank matures

i was planning on upgrading the light, but just making sure its not too small. how many watts does the lighting have to be?

It's more intensity than just watts....Metal halide are best for anemones, but in a smaller tank you can get away with T5HO......water has to be excellent, and tank should be at least 6 months old....and I would plan on a smaller species anemone

alright so i will just get the tank now with live rock and let it cycle for 6 months, then upgrade the lighting, and finally add clowns and anemone..sound good? should i also get a clean up crew for it?

lol...6 months is a long time to let it cycle....you can get it cycled in 6 weeks, or so, add a cuc, and a couple weeks later your clowns...andthen a few months later the anemone

oh i just thought when you said its has to be 6 months old, before adding anthing, sorry just got confused. but got it now
