Wanting Digital Camera!!!

What type of camera do yall reccomend. Im talking about 300 dollar price range no more than 400. I want to take great pictures of my tank to post up here and to print out also. I also want to take great landscaping pictures....Rybread I would love for you to answer this but it seems you are gone on vacation or something. ahah i emailed you also...

hi...i myself use a Olympus C3040L digi. well let me ask a few questions first. do you have any preference when it comes to the size of the camera? i'm assuming your computer is somewhat up to date and has USB ports. main things to look for in a camera are:
lens
battery type: does it use regular alkaline or rechargable lithium
resolution
ease of use
for around 300-400 you can get a really nice camera. i have a few friends that use the canon s110 and s30 and they like it. only drawback is that the low light (night time) pictures do not come out clear. i found that minolta f100 ( not positive on the model #) is a really good camera in a small size and is 4.0 mp The sony's i would say are one of the easier cameras to use. they retain the settings you keep them on and the menu system is fairly straight forward

Just bought the Olympus c-720...Very nice camera...A bit pricy though...But so far, well worth it...

look into the minolta F-100.. has awsome macro focus !!

I'd really like to get a better digital camera than the Kodak DX3500 I currently use...but for now it allows me to take decent pics of my reef. Plus I can get some better than average landscapes...below is on I took on a recent trip to Arizona...not bad for a cheap lil camera!

just got the sony cybershot. I love it, great close ups its the best ithink the model is p70 im pretty sure. I think that it has been the best, 3.2mpx. and it comes with long lasting rechargeable batteries.
