Wanting to get a clam but have a bristle worm?

Alright you guys did it.

. I will leave the little worms in the tank.

. Although now I am a little scared to reach in and move any rocks or corals. Will post pics of swollen hands later.

Don't worry about them unless they get:
1) really big (i.e. really THICK, not just long)
2) really numerous
