Anyone know about these? I came across one on an online vendors website...really neat looking, but I have never heard/seen them... Anyone know about them?

True they do come from the temperate tide pools, but there's many people who have had luck with them in tropical reefs. I decided to try with two and one even ended up spitting out two babies. My tank stays at about 77 degrees.

I just purchased a Waratah anemone from my lfs. It is beautiful when open, which is rare. It is now a red blob under a rock shelf and only opens up when I feed the tank. I read that this is normal for them in the wild. My hopes are fading that it will journey to a place of honor in my tank!

They aren't photosynthetic so they don't open much, especially during the day. Just make sure you feed yours 3-4 times weekly.
