No corals have been digested yet...What gets me is that I had the quick little darling in a tub when I moved everything and reintroduced it into my new home when I set up the tank

I did get rid of the fish eating anemone...now I have the future coral eater crab...a least I don't have any damsels..I dodged that bullet...LOL

jesus this post has resurected from the dead..
anyway i have a sally in my 75 , for about the last 3 weeks. hes molted once already and is doing a good job ceeping my tank clean. i havent seen it being agressive to any of my fish or other inverts.
one ? though when they molt do you guys leave the skin in the tank or take it out? i left mine in and other things seemed to enjoy eating it..

i have a question bout my SLF...i've had him since march and his has molted 6 times easily and same with my coral banded shrimp is this good bad or dont matter... and they are both helthy and eating happily

Both of my Sallly Lightfoot crabs died within 2 months for no apparent reason. Looking good and eating like crazy and then dead within a few days of each other for no apparent reason.
I bought from Saltwater Fish and believe that their quality is good so I dont think that the store is teh issue.

camel shrimp are not reef safe generally

Sally's are reef safe when small but get mean and destructive as they grow large.
Lord Fu Fu it is not normal for shrimps and crabs to molte that often something is stressing them out causing the frequent molting

had one in my 40 gallon for 5 months and last month went to pull out what i thought was a molting but ended up being the crab itself. i was pretty shocked that it had died because it was doing so well and had molted twice since i had him then outta nowhere he was a goner..

I know, this thread is six years old, but that's okay. I love my SLF. She is adorable. I'm fretting over her right now. She molted and isn't feeling good.
