Just for clarity, there are hundreds of toxins produced by our corals that can make you very ill. Palytoxin isn't one of them. In my opinion gloves are not optional when handling Zoanthids and any water laying around after fragging them should be treated as highly toxic material.

What type of gloves do you use? Vinyl? Latex?
I just use the really cheap plastic stuff. If you have a desire to have your hands in the tank a lot I would resommend investing in some quality reusable latex.
