Cyclop-eeze. They also get whatever food floats around in the water column, but I only really spot feed with cyclop-eeze, and occasionally some phytoplankton.

Home made fish food, Cyclops, Phylo, Marine Snow Zooplankton Reef chili Fish Poop.
Only feed 1x a week after water change.
Only one of the products above weekly.
Cept for Zooplanton which I feed to the fish on wensday.
And of course the fish poop, No way to control that
