I have a big mix of stuff. I defrost Emerald Entree, Marine Cuisine and PE Mysis together quite often.

how often do you keep algae sheets in there?

At minimum, everyday there are two 2"x2" sheets in the tank. I have 3 tangs, a Butterfly, a dwarf angel and 2 algae blennies, so algae sheets do not last long in my tank.
