Water Change and Acclimateing

I am going to be adding a couple things to my tank today and wanted some opinions weather I should do my water change before or after I acclimate the new tank inhabitants.

In my opinion, it would be better to do it before. Doing it after would only add to the stress of anything that is trying to acclimate since as soon as it got used to one condition, it would be changing.

I don't know about anything "changing" but I agree that before is better...the quieter the surroundings after a new critter is added the better.

+1 You want everything as settled as possible. I try to add thing at night just before the lights go out.
