50% water changes every 2 weeks can your tank cycling again?
No, I have done it a few different times without issues. As long as the water is well mixed and the PH, SG, and temp match the display, it is normally safe to do. I wouldn't recommend it all of the time though.

The ammonia is cycling down to nitrates quickly because this is a well established tank. The PH will rise back up when the tank stabilizes. Do you have a power head to use in a bucket with the water? Do you have a couple of them in the tank? Also, with the temperature being so high you have even less oxygen in the tank than before.

The reduced temperature will help. The warmer the temperature, the less oxygen is in the water.
