Water change on a 29g

Ok how many gallons should i do when im doing a water change on my 29 gallon?

how about how many for a 12 gallon i did a 3gal on the 12 is that to much?

Thats up there, but I wouldnt worry about it too much. Just make sure ya dont do a 25 percent water change again, unless something is wrong in your tank. :yes:

Yes. For the 12 gallon that would be about a 16 percent change which is fine ... Maybe only do a gallon and a half.
For the 29, 4 gallons would fine as well, as that would be about a 14 percent water change.
