Water Change on a 90 gal?

For convenience reasons, I'm tempted to do only a monthly 20 gal WC on my 90 gal.
Is it reasonable?
Your input pls.
Thank you

I do about 24g change every 3 weeks. I did it every 4 weeks at first, but the water looks so nice after a water change so I decided to do it every 3 weeks. It also depends on how many fish/what kind you have in there. I am not an expert so let's see what other say?

Water changes are to be done in diret correlation with your nitrate readings. If they are present in a reef or 5-10 for FOWLR then it is time for a change. There is no set scheduled time to do a change. Do them as needed.

I do 10 gallon water changes about every other week because I have heavy feeding hand and it works for me.

As stated, you need to do water changes as your tank demands. Just have a test kit and use it often to know what your tank needs.

lion crazz is telling you right.thats a common misconception. You dont tell your cat when to crap. But your fish will tell you when they are going to die,as soon as they do.
