Water Change Question

I have a 75 gallon tank. I was wondering if it would be better if I...
...do a 10 gallon water change once a week or do a 25 gallon water change once a month?

10% every 7 to 10 days. If there's a heavy bio load, every 7 days.

which ever works best for you!! I personally like weekly water changes because it's easier for me but if you're not able to do it weekly, monthly is ok too.
