Water change

I have been cycling since Halloween Oct 29th. 5 damsels and 25 lbs of lr i have in tank. How soon can I do a Water Change. Im like 3 gallons low now. I now I do it once a month, but how soon after cycling? My next additions are more LR and a larger light. <-not in that order.

Do a water change whenever you think you need it.
A low water level just means you need to add fresh water to replace evaporated water. You should be doing that daily.
