Water changes

How often should I do a water change? and how much should I do at a time 25%, 10%?
I know I should keep fresh water on-hand from my LFS to replace the water that evaporates, but I need help with how often I should change the salt water.

On my 125g i do 10g water change a month so about 10% of your tank.

It depends on the filtration in your system. If you have a good wet/dry and skimmer. I would recommend 10% water change at the most. Testing your nitrates helps to determine if more water changes are necessary. In my past experiences Anenomes and corals can tell you when it is time for a water change.
