I have no idea how to circulate the aquarium or in which direction the water should go and im looking for any information you can give about water circulation (including good products to use)

It's kind of a hit or miss thing. You want to adjust the water so that nothing stays still. You don't want any waste to build up anywherethat could cause pollution in your tank. It doesnt really matter as long as all your water is constantly moving.

Well making the water go in a circular motion would keep the water moving and not make it build up and where (considering the LR structure would be in the middle of the tank).
