Water circulation

I have a new 65 gal corner tank with a large wet/dry , the return line comes in from the side of the tank about 1-2 inches under water line . I have about 45 pounds of live rock in the tank now .What I would like to know is if I should add a power head in the tank to help with the water circulation and help oxygenate the water ?

i bought a power sweep for my tank and the tank just seems to be doing better ever since so i guess im suggesting more movement. it worked for me
