water conditions

ok... I am not new to the hobby, but I am starting to get into some expensive critters, so water quality is becoming much more of an issue new. After doing a lot of reading and talking at my two LFSs, I have gotten a lot of conflicting numbers regarding water conditions. I've got a 75gal reef tank (4 fish, 2 hard corals, 1 soft coral, 2 anemone, clean up crew - see my website for specifics). Everything seems pretty happy/healthy right now, and I test the water every 2 weeks (more often if I can), but only for salinity and pH. As a general consensus, what are the ideal ranges for things like pH, salinity, nitrAtes, nitrItes, calcium, and water temp. Anything else I should be testing? Any general rules of thumb about filtration/water cirulation and lighting?
TIA
