Water evaporation issues

I have a 58 gallon tank and recently added a combo flourescent and hallide light unit that now seems to evaporate about a gallon of water per day. Is this normal?

Sounds bout right to me. I lost about a gallon a day in my 55

I replace 5 gallons every three to four days in my 110. Sounds right to me

Yup, sounds right to me. In the winter time, my 155 loses like 5 gal/day.

Do all of you have your own ro/di systems or do you just make frequent stops at the grocery store ?

do you have a picture of that set up (want to see if it is feasible for me to set up). also, what was the cost? what is involved in operating it? thanx!
