All tank evaporation is FW. Just add fresh RO/DI water and check your salinity with a quality Refractometer and you will be golden

+1 on the RO water for topoff. Evaporation is helping to keep the tank cool so it is actually a good thing. How much evaporation are you getting and on what size tank? Just for refernce my 75 gallon tank evaporates a gallon a day.

If you don't want to keep manually adding top off water everyday, get you a small 10 gal. tank to use as a topoff tank. Sit it near your display tank, keep it filled with ro water, and use an auto top off pump, which will detect when it's low and automatically add more for you.

salt doesnt evaporate so your loosing fw and the salinity in your tank is raising.... so add ro/di water to top it off.
