Water Flow

I currently have about 10X water turnover every hour. I've got a little giant pump rated at 900 gph and a 90 gallon tank. It returns through two nozzels with my overflow on my RR tank. Would it be beneficial to add a powerhead about 1/2 way down the inside of the tank to increase circulation around all the LR.? Just wondering.
Thanks,

With so many powerheads out there got any ideas which ones are good and which ones to stay away from? I'm not looking for anything super powerful just enough to move some water around mid to lower tank.
Thanks,

Ones to say away from IME, penguins and powersweeps (both die out fast, IMO). Another one I read about here is Rio's. I have heard nothing but good about maxi jets though. What I remembered from reading is get the 900 not the 1200, same PH basically. I agree to get 2 for flow around the LR/LS. Place lower towards the sandbed, facing each other. If that is too much flow, then move 1 up alittle higher, just keep some flow on the sandbed. HTH. :)

The 1200's use way too much power for the extra GPH IMO. 20 watts vs. something like 9.5 for an extra 60 or so GPH? Not worth it if you ask me.

sorry another question, not trying to highjack...
wow, what kind of strain would going up 18 inches of 3/4 PVC then a U put on the flow rate you think? i ask because that is what i have for my return pump in my sump for my 3 gallon.
