Water movement

I am just wondering if i have enough water movement ..
I have a 70G --
2 powerheads with no names .. Ones connected to my UV CLARIFIER
1 Maxi-Jet 1000
Fluval 404

It really depends on a few things:
How much rock do you have - and how well are you able to pinpoint flow in and around that rock with your current setup.
What corals do you have (or are planning to have)?

you want to shoot for 20 times your tank per hour ( 10 gal tank X 20 = 200gph). That is a good estimate, but it all depends on what you are keeping.
