Water Movement

I am in the process of setting up a 65 gallon(36X18X25)basically for some softies and a bta with a couple of clowns. I will be using an ac70 for filtration and was thinking of a couple of hydor koralias for water movement. If I get 2 of the koralias, would you go with a couple of the koralia 1's or 2's?

You probably want a turn over rate of 25x-30x your tank size.
so 1625-1950 GPH between your equipment.

I was kind of leaning towards the 2's but I just wasn't sure if that would be too much or not.

Go with 2 2's and mod them, plenty of flow...

Not to be stupid but..............what do you do when you modify them and where do you buy the parts to do this?

The impeller in koralia's are weak when it comes to size... Replace it with a mj1200 impeller, but remove the prop, but an orca -- boat prop and put it on, boom! A mod... My 4's are putting out about 2200gph now
