Water Parameters- What should they be?

In a perfect world what should the levels be at for PH, SG, PO4,dKH, Meg/L, Ca, Mg, ect....
I test my tank and get my readings but honestly do not know what my baseline should be.
Thanks for any info you can provide.

Just my humble opinion:
PH - 8.2
S.G. - depends on tank temp. 1.0265 @ 80F
Salinity - 35ppt
PO4 - undetectable
dKH - 10
Meq/L - 3.5
Ca - 420ppm
Mg - 1400ppm

really? that high huh? I've always kept it at 1.023. I'll have to up it just a hair...
