can u tell me what I can do to get these right? I did a water change already!

trites 0
alk wouldnt read it turned blue which isnt on the chart (help)
ph 8.4
ammonia 0
salinity 1.023
I am using the mardel dip test sticks.
my xenia has been retracted since last night but still pulsing like crazy all other corals are fine.

I know but what do I do? I already did a 20% water change. they were low before I did it. also what about the alk? thanks
