water readings.... time for fish/inverts?

well i have had water im my tank a liltle over 2 weeks for one week i had problems and couldnt run my tank over vaction is ok? my readings now are
salinty: 1.024
PH: 8.2
alk: 1.7 -2.8
temp : 78.5
thats all the test i could do is it ok?

you need to test for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. ammonia and nitrite are toxic to fish/inverts.

Yeah; ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate test kits are really a must. They're not expensive and there is no way to tell when your tank has cycled without testing. I'm (almost) sure smokingreefer is right and you're not cycled yet.
