Water stats?

I tested my Tap water-
PH was 8.3
Am-0
Nit-0
Nats werent tested,lost bottle of test solution stuff.
KH-was at 7 drops for 7 dKH or 125.3 ppm KH
GH-was at 15 drops for 15 dGH or 268.5 ppm GH
I was wondering if this was good or bad. I've never tested for KH or GH so I don't know if they are good or bad..

Yea i Know I tried the lower ph test first(6.0 to 7.6) and it was off the scale, so i tried the high range and came up between 8.2-8.4 so i figured 8.3.
No I haven't seems to have dissappeared with the nates test...hmmm
last time I check tnak had high phos...dont know about tap. Im going to look for it in a min here.
