wow, you have problems.
blue dempsey? or damsel? your anenome shouldn't be in there until your tank is established. if it dies remove it as fast as you can, it's a common problem among newcomers. (thanks *****)
my main concern is that you don't know how to test water and you have a major load of animals in your tank. i would advise you take a sample of your water to a local fish store that is not a national chain and have them do a free check.
if anyone local can help you out, i'd give them all of your livestock until your tank is actually ready to use. it sounds to me as if you just threw it all together like a hamster setup.
just my thoughts as i don't know your entire situation obviously.
i don't mean to be mean, but you need local help quickly if you don't want one death to kill the entire tank. imho
