water turn over for shark tank

IM BUILDING A 360GAL SHARK TANK AND NEED A RETURN PUMP THE ONLY THING IS wich 1? what kind of water turn over do i need also the water has to b pumped up at least 5 feet

I run about 5000gph(total system turnover) on my 300gal.
2400 for skimmer
2600 for return
Adding a sterilizer soon, that'll probably add another few hundred too.
