Water turnover rate

What is everyone's water turnover rate?
(The third option should say 16 to 20, not 11 to 20)

I was told a long time ago 5x an hour is sufficient....
But i guess that adds up when you figure in all your pumps. Im up around 20.

I run a Little Giant TE 5.5 pump.. pushes at least 1500 gph through my 100g tank.
